your site is a very well designed and organised site,but obv. when the vots got put in, your site just didnt attract as much votes as others.
Unfortunatly I can't give you tips on how to become official, because I am still hoping to become official, but I'm trying habbo themed layouts, whereas you're using joomla.HabTunes - Coming Soon!
