before you aim for 99 aim for easier things like 20, then 30

you can fish herring at any type of sea with a rod and bait

what do you mean by that? you can only fish it at... 'Baiting' fishing spots such as:
lumby river,
shilo village river,
Catherby,
SW of Al Karlid

basically, you can catch herring at any coastal fishing spot. by that i mean where theres a BIG area of water, such as draynor, catherby etc
