If you think you're going to get in trouble for it anyway then just admit that you have the wheel. If you are pretty sure you can get away with saying you didn't have anything to do with it, then that'd be your best bet. Sure, you might feel bad for a while, but that's a lot better than getting in a lot of trouble with the police.

Don't take this the wrong way, but your an idiot.

You should tell the police you had something to do with it, because your going to get brought into it one way or another. And hope nothing happens to you.
