When you have 51% of a company you make the dessions as you have the most power , even if it is by 1%. As he is incharge of it he is calling himself the owner as he kinda is.

I cannot beleve you are calling him a 12 year old??!! Maybe hes just trying to appeal to 12 year olds, and sound "hip" like them. =]

Also ANY share holder has a slight decision based on what happens in the company, so if he asks us what we want, and he has a big share, he can threaten to sell on his shares, unless it done.

e.g. we tell him we want habbo lido 3,
he says to sulake, get me habbo lido 3 or ill like die,
etc.
