well the best advice to eat food-wise would be noodles cup-of-soups e.t.c. just eat soft foods for the time being

Does it really hurt that badly? When I had mine, eating was painful but it wasn't enough to make me scream out loud every time I take a bite.

im double posting again really sorry..
but i have this bit of wire coming off and its hanging outta ma mouth nearly.. what should i do. mums tried to put it right with the tweezers but it still hurts.

I used to have braces, I just used to take lots of painkillers and eat soup for the first few days. I hope you feel better soon.
Nothing you can do, just arrange to see your orthodontist quick!
