Its bad how it doesnt remember where to position it, you should check up "start up pages" i.e like live.com or igoogle, here is the script:

Find "draggable content" it remembers the positions.

A Nice layout and nice concept but it lacks organisation, I suggest you rearrange it and add some form of larger banner at the top to help lay it out. + rep , well done!
