New general manager

I had a discussion on this topic with someone, cant remember who, but as there wasnt anyone good enough to take on both the technical and community side of the job, the suggestion arose for having 2 general managers. One Technical General Manager and one Community General Manager. Though I dont think anything came of it.

Do you not think we are in need of a new General Manager? Some people (not mentioning any names) are going power mad due to the fact that there is no one really in charge. I never though I would say this but as Freak stept down it all seemed to go down hill because there is no one in charge.
