It would depend what the login page is for, if its something that need to make a quick impression or is going to be sold then it would need to look better and been more complex. If it for some kind of script or software that you want the user to instantly look at and say "This looks good I'll use this" then make is more complex and effective, if its simply a login page for a Login system on a Web Site then its fine. It all depends on the purpose of this "Login Page".
