Nice clean and professional but maybe abit small and surely it should have some sort of navigation?

Well obviously it would have a nav or whatever if it ever came to use. I didn't design one in for some unknown reason...

too "plain" maybe add shadow to the content box and replace the 'white' with something else or make the bottom footer smaller? ;]

Quite a nice design but I've definitely seen you do better however it is fairly good. I'd say maybe 7/10, well done.
