I like fairly bubbly girls who aren't too loud/attention seeking.

Most of the confident/bubbly girls usually have a better dress sense and it's easier to talk to them. Seeing as I'm a confident guy I don't think I could be with a really shy girl as it'd get a bit quiet and I like my girls to chat with my mates etc.
