Flash player movies

Ok ive made a flash player in flash ;l

If that makes any sense, anyway if i upload a video file to my server how do i get it to play in the flash player thing?

Nope i suck with flash i just made the player and didnt put any code in it.

Ive got a player now though that has code but i didn't make it so i dont no how to use it ;l
