    Default Vodafone Contract (Pay Monthly)

    About two weeks ago I ordered a Pay Monthly phone from Vodafone and it said it will contact me by email but week later got a phone call from them and it said it will be here by saturday its now wednesday and they havent even been replying to e-mails or anything.. it said 2-4 working days but its been like 8 days

    anyone else had any problems if you ordered 1 by vodafone?

    Move networks. If that's what they're like in just getting your phone to you in the first place, what's it going to be like in the long term?

    Phone them up complaining and tell them your moving company. If you wanna stay with them, tell them your moving anyway as they wont wanna lose your custom and will speed it up for you!

    Go into there shop in your local town and complain, or try and ring up and ask for the manager to complain how bad the services are.

    I would then change networks.

    @Alex, just give them the phone back and cancel the payment in your bank. lol
