Well Its Excedinly Good For a 1st Alt. Looks Like Made From Scratch And Excellent Shading. I Believe It's Stolen. [If Not Its Unbeliavable] 9.5/10 To Whoever Dun It

It is not stolen, Jasmine happens to be an experienced artist, only not in pixelart (when she made this picture).. so for an experienced artist, it is not hard to make a good picture with good colors, in pixelart (as pixelart is one of the art styles where you don't need to be the best in coloring to color good.. easy to try your way trough)

Its good, but basically just a few photoshop effects, still great for your first try though!

Well.. all that's actually effect here is the top marble part (and the fire), wich is easy to make by hand (as you see, it's only vertical lines), so you can't really _blame_ it on the use of photoshop.

it isn't stolen its just extremely good. But she owes it all to her program. I dont think she hand drew every pixel i think her computer provided the textures.

As said above. No: It is not owed to the program, anyone can draw straight lines to make a marble effect.. by hand, pixel by pixel with the Ms Paint line tool and diff color tones.
So next time you're thinking about blaming a program for making effects like this: don't.
