Highjacker people do make mistakes, like you, you try to sell your template in the 'web desiging ' part, when its spose to be in the web market.

Kyle you want a server.exe, but how do you expect it to work if you don't have a working client system which will send packets to the server and the server will proccess them.

server.exe is just a name, no one is going to have a clue how to make this program unless you give em some idea what the hell you want the program to do? does it keep track of online users and initate server push, what sort of code should it send, what sort of code should it reseave, what port(s) should it use? What sort of logging would be needed, how would you like it to keep track of data, what would you like to keep track of.
I mean, some clue of what the hell you want the excutable to do would be useful, the name server exe only implys so much.

Also pretty much any programming language can be used as an exe provided you have a compiler for it. Vb, visual basic is probably the easyest though, but the free version is probably to limited to do much of any real use in my experence.
