Imo they should go for people who have owned Help Desks before, try the popular working help desks, it's got to be worth a try idk :S

My other hxf acc got banned, partly due to you =), i do not play habbo, i go on sometimes to trade/speak to friends but not that often, hence why i say i dont play. I talk to alot of the staff at the helpdesk on runescape aswell.

Just to mention, I am not saying he shouldn't be manager. I think he is ok at the job, he just neeeds to be able to cast rights etc. He needs to make a room, not have rights in someone elses.

I totally agree, but i guess 8freak8 has the final decision on that

Nobody is arguing Danny, people are putting their views across. It's a debate yeah but it's not an arguement.

everybody has a right to their opinion.

Tbh I think half the people in this threads opinions shouldn't matter because half the people in this thread before have never tried to run a successful help desk so you dont really understand what a task it is.

    But your opinions still count.

I was fired for somethign on the forum, nothing to do with the desk. When I managed the desk it was working well, and staff admit that.

But we aren't talking about me, we are talking about improving the desk today.
