    And staff now are saying that Bren is an excellenet manager, its not staff/managements fault if people dont need a help desk as much as they used to.

    People use my help desk all the time.

    That is not the problem, the fact that if people want to go to a help desk, they go to a popular one... they get popular (at first) because of staff being in the desk.

I also find all the staff very nice and a good laugh, for people that said bren had no controll, he actually does its just you dont notice it as hes trying to treat every1 fair

    I'm not at liberty to say, I can't just say the names of people without their say so because they may wish for this fact to be kept quiet.

    Several staff members have posted in this thread, you will have to hope they post here, or ask around otherwise
