People use my help desk all the time.

That is not the problem, the fact that if people want to go to a help desk, they go to a popular one... they get popular (at first) because of staff being in the desk.

I talk to alot of the staff at the helpdesk on runescape aswell.

and for some1 who said not having an event in ages. Me and wiseben had an easter event which was pretty good but due to the forum being hacked and habbox forum losing some things we lost the thread where people posts answers.

On topic: I think the Help desk is doing pretty good at the moment, when i'm there, theres normally couple of staff in there and some people in there. Bren is a great manager atm. But i think he should own the help desk not freak. it would make brens job alot easier if he did. I also find all the staff very nice and a good laugh, for people that said bren had no controll, he actually does its just you dont notice it as hes trying to treat every1 fair

No I'm trying to help several staff who think the desk is dying, because it would be a waste to see peoples work thrown away.

I hope no one hires you to judge shows like Joseph or Grease, because you would suck at it. It's not what they are like personality wise, but what they are like at the job.

I'm not at liberty to say, I can't just say the names of people without their say so because they may wish for this fact to be kept quiet.

Several staff members have posted in this thread, you will have to hope they post here, or ask around otherwise
