He wants advice on how to get white teeth, not tips on how NOT to get stained teeth. Thats like saying "Dont rub mud on them".

You could always try asking the dentist to do a little bit of scrape on the teeth with that evil drill tool.

The only thing you can do really for a good chance of them turning out properly is getting them done professionally. Nothing comes cheap these days.
