You have to buy a book called the Libram of Constitution at the AH, although it also drops off lvl 50 and above mobs, most commonly in the Dire Maul instance.

Then with a bunch of other ingredients, (one of which is a potion gained from a quest of gathering some animal parts for a random Blood Elf in the Blasted lands, another is a gathering quest in Felwood) and you give those to a Blood Elf on a ridge in the Searing George, he creates a lesser Arcanum which you use on a head item.

im just wonderin wot weapon i culd have with cruel barb, as skeletal club is a world drop and theres none in AH so im just wonderin wot other wep shuld i ahve?

Another cruel barb ? Or Shadowfang. Shadowfang is a very very rare drop in SFK

Get someone else to run you through again, a high level char and you hang behind so you don't get XP and ding accidentally. Aim for another cruel barb, as shadowfang and Assassin's blade, and the skeletal club are all damn rare drops, and unless you find one yourself, you'll be paying shedloads for them at the AH.

My twink and my Mage are on seperate accounts, I just used my twink on my laptop and my main on my desktop PC

Hmmm ok so i spoke to a guy in my twink guild and he sed that i should get this dagger from WSG Marks in ashenvale... So im gonna go for that but for now ill try get cruel barb.
