Well most people on this forum have a brain so they can work out from the date of my post that the trax is released now.
Of course it will work on other hotels. There was just a glitch/bug/staff laziness that made it not work on the UK.

Lucky them. UK is so problematic, maybe because of the scale of our hotel.
