Circumsised is when they take the foreskin off and it's left with the sensitive underskin right. I wouldn't like it if it is, it's so touchy and sensitive
only reason I got it done at birth is my dad made it happen because he is Jewish.

I am. This is due to medical reasins at birth. I had hypospadias, which means my urethra was off centre (mine was only very slightly) and they use the foreskin to rebuild the urethra in the correct place.
