if i was gonna use up space with a office i use Open office

Look up a way to code with visual web 07 because u can get the basic free with a for dummies book

Hey, I've got it workin perfectly..
But, how can I get 2 next to eachother without 1 forcing the other to expand when there is no content inside it?
When I try to put two tables next to eachother, it doesn't work, am I going about it the right way?
