I agree with that, Micky & Nick are the only decent smods left on here I think, Oh and Mr.Sam is good as well. The rest don't have a clue what they are suppose to be do properly.
The other Smods are OKAY, but nothing more.

If wayne has or still has exams i can live with bad repuatation untill then.
He could of hired someone however to take over the bad repuatation and infractions if he was away.
However exams are more important than a few bad rep and infractions we all have to be patient. Wayne wants to do his best.

I think, when a Super Moderator / Admin is going to have time off, someone else should try and do their work for them. The exams last till the end of this month. If Wayne. isnt back by then, its wasting people's subscriptions.
And Super Moderators are making too many mistakes. If I was infractioned once, then it would be fine. But I have been infractioned three times - all of which were unfair and reversed.
Is there like a agreement between smods?
Smod: Hey, I will infract as many people as I can so I get my logs up.
Smod 2: Great idea, and I will reverse them, so mine goes high too.
Both smods: YAY!!

We do not have public Moderator Logs, we dont have a published report every 2 weeks or every month stating how well we are doing. Which essentially makes moderator logs pointless to SMods because we dont see them and dont get any sense of satisfaction or job reward from knowing we have more moderator logs than another individual.
2 of the infractions that were reversed were issued by the same moderator, the way you are portraying this is that three different moderators issued 3 unjust infractions for three entirely different offences. Which makes your situation seem much worse than it really is. If anything, this should be more of a personal vendetta you have against one member rather than the entire Super Moderator and Administration team.

Anyway, just trying to say, if a smod or admin is away, they should request someone else to do their job, otherwise peoples subscription is wasted and your members start thinking you are lazy.

Hmm, i am not flaming ALL the smods. A lot of them are great and deserve credit. Some are just crap. They dont have a clue about moderating.
NintendoNews is in year 9, so he doesnt have exams

It's because they are new, but from the way I look at it, some just should stay Moderators as I don't think they are ready for the responsiblilty of Super Mods

Doesnt really matter if they are new. They have been picked as smods because they are "capable" or doing a good job. If they are gonna make loads of mistakes, not have time to moderate and do the job, they should have either denied the offer, resign or get fired.
When I had exams, I didnt make excuses, I just stepped down. So did other smods and admins at that time.

Unless you've seen it recently, you'd probably be amazed at the amount of work that each Super Moderator puts into the job they do. Not only do they have to Moderate the entire Forum, they've got to keep this little noob Moderator on track - Which isn't easy!

On a more serious note, from what I've seen so far the Super Moderator team works really hard and I don't see any problems with how it's going. Come next week, I suspect it will be all systems as normal
