Super Moderators & Wayne. being lazy?

I think that all that has been said about Wayne and stuff has been said so you should let the thread die down. The new mods are inexpierienced, I'm sure Catzsy, Garion, Dan etc were all as well when they first joined. Although they seem to be infracting like crazy, they are just doing what they think is right .

I am talking about the smods, not mods. I dont care about Wayne as he has exams. It would be unfair and stupid of me to flame him.

Well we had proved ourselves , with encouragement and training from the then management, to be capable mods when we got promoted so most of the job such as knowing the rules and issuing infractions fairly was covered although yes we still made the odd mistake. Doing what you think is right isn't what is required. What is required is knowing the rules and enforcing them but with a common sense attitude. When one isn't sure then asking because assistance is needed. I still needed assistance about torrents and VB bullitens right up to when I was let go so to speak. Sometimes I still had to do what I thought wasn't right as the rules required it. It has nothing to do with your own personal opinions and shouldn't. =]

The "Reported Reputations and Infractions" havent been looked at? And there are like 6 Super Moderators.

Also I got 2 pointless bad reps - and because Wayne. is friends with them, he didnt remove it. Unfair? That person bad repped someone else and it was pointless, her's wasnt removed either.

Also NintendoNews infractioned me 3-4 days ago for something I posted 6 months ago. A bit pointless dont you agree?
I was infractioned for calling Tash. stupid ... but she doesnt mind as she knows I am joking. He knew that but still infractioned me.



If she was offended by me calling her stupid, wouldnt she have reported me?

And if a reputation was not reversed, I think we should get a reason for it, instead of the post just being deleted.

I don't think infractions should be given for old posts, I thought we added that as a guide line to the mods guide, I will look into that.

habbox is a bit stupid, you cant even upload an archive of images with scripted rooms on it.. its a folder!

I don't understand this, what do you mean by uploading an archive?

He means they can't upload zipped folders for people to download to the forum with images in, which I think should be the case because people can put things like viruses in folders.

Viruses , keyloggers or anything could be in those folders.

.zip and .rar files etc should never be allowed for security reasons. You will get viruses everywhere.

I agree, there was never a problem before with less moderators, if you take the smod job then you are expected to do double as much work as a normal moderator anyway, thats why its a promotion.

is there a smod assigned to each forum or something? If not thats stupid, becase other super moderators are likely to expect the other ones to do the work, and vice versa.

The moderation team is way too strict now, you have to get like so many logs and stuff through the week, or you get fired or sommat. I remember I got fired for that reason not long back, after been in the job 3 week, which I was away for 2 due to internet problems.

Moderator Team should go back to how it was, HabboxForum Management come up with these brilliant ideas, and now everyone is complaing.
I cant believe how stupid it is that nobody has even done the "Report Reputation Problems" thread, it probably takes 30 seconds for each post, that is really pathetic.
