I've tried the <i>italics</i> tag, <font color=deeppink>font color</font> tag and <marquee>marquee</marquee> too.

only an admin can do it.

You have to request these in the "VIP Longe" (or one of the vip forums)

You have to have VIP, which you do, and in the VIP sub-forums, you can request the one that you want, and they'll do it for you.
