I don't like it, I wouldn't be able to tell that it was a fountain from first look, and furni should always be like that. Sorry

i think with some alterations to it, this could be worthy of elites?
maybe if you done a couple of them, with colour?
oh and make where the waterfalls down more wider, it looks strange, or maybe add a little pouring funnel?
