Buying Level 100+ runescape account

Hey i am after a runescape account which needs to be at least level 100 combat.

It must also have a decent mage and range level and i would like it if some of the skills were fairly high eg. Fletching and woodcutting or Fishing and cooking.

The account needs to have no recoveries, no bank PIN and if you buy members for it via cc then i need a previous code and any previous passwords.

I am offering 4m for an account and i will also be buying pure skillers if they are good. E.g 75wc and 80 Fletching or 76 fishing and 80 cooking for say 2.5m each or something.

Don't go first and i will require a certain ammount of time to make sure the account doesn't get recovered.
