I agree with everything there, except the bold, because the forum opened in 2004.

Unfortunately Habbox isn't very democratic at all and I very much doubt it will ever become remotely democratic, either. Take for example, the 'vote of no confidence' the Moderators and AFMs signed (sorry to bring this up, again!). Even though twelve people who work(ed) under him thought that MAD needed to be replaced in the position of Forum Manager it didn't happen. Habbox isn't fair and probably never will be.

I have been trying to get MAD fired as a lot of ex-admins, especially one of the most respected one, who wishes to be unnamed (owns the-base), thinks MAD needs to go.

Sierk needs to realise we arent happy with MAD. He is too young and has too much power.

Sorry, but how are they? Nobody can take little jokes? You're really going to take ---MAD--- down from management with a little protest.

Dave said it as its a serious thread. A lot of serious threads are turned into a joke, which is annoying.

Begin honest anyone in ---MAD's--- position would find it difficult, ---MAD--- has brought the forum to what it is today. Look at it this way no matter who is in control they will get criticised, look at the governments of the world, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, George Bush, they all get criticised and people tell them they are doing a bad job but you don't know how hard it is until you are in their position, what the management need is the forum to accept that they are doing the best they can and you cannot pile all the problems you have on one person, even though there are no huge problems at the moment anyway if there was you can't blame it on ---MAD---.

For my perspective the management are doing fine and I don't see how you can blame ---MAD--- and expect firing him will help as he is exceptionally good at technical and management sides of the forum, if ---MAD--- was fired, the staff and management system would suffer.
