I have to say that one of the reasons I resigned was because of Higher Management. I discussed this reason with MAD as he wanted to know more of why I had resigned. We had a chat and sorted some stuff out, and I do have to say that I did make a judgement on him personally before getting to know him. After we had our discussion, we got a lot of things cleared, sorted. Im now fine with MAD, although before I wasnt so sure about him, enough to say I would resign because of him. ITs been cleared.

I think the problem is that a lot of people are judging him, including myself, before they actually realise what he has to offer. He is a nice guy at the end of the day.

I think all this has gone a tad to far :S I think saurav has said what he wanted to say and fought his corner well, but I dont think MADs going to give over on this one imo.

First post flamed management - so eveyone started flaming management. Then someone goes O W8 MGMT R GR8, so everyone from that point went "i love mgmt".

I'm not saying that I agree with MAD doing all this stuff, I don't think Management is too flash at the moment but they get the job done. You may think I'm sticking up for "MGMT", the only one I'm sick of is you ranting.

Hmmm.. I have kept out of this so far but since when is making a fuss against the rules? What rule did he break? Why was it so serious that he had to be temp banned?

Also when was Tom promoted from forum technician to management? I did notice that his name had turned red and now he deal with appeals/contact forms etc but there was no announcement was there? It always used to be the forum management's job to deal with these. Not that it shouldn't be done or anything but it seems to have been kept pretty quiet for such an open forum.
