who cares if habbo owns it or not, its still not fair, that means they can change every single habbos pass if they feel like it, and what your saying is that you wouldnt be angry? :S

Sulake technically own every habbo, and all furniture. That's why MOD's are allowed to ban, and take furni off ppl.

So if the owner complained, basically its TS cuz Sulake own EVERYTHING. Even tho u spend money, they still own it.

They own the account, all images to do with habbo are owned by them.

it makes no difference, she's probably put money towards that habbo, and has a right to keep it.

Okay but we can't really say if its fair or not cause we don't know if habbo sent the person a notification email to explain, probably not...

that makes it unfair cause habbo should of at least givent them prior warning or asked for their consent.

They might have had this planned a few months back and sent a message saying if you do not reply in X amount of time your account will be deleted.
