Making New Fansite

I'm thinking of making a new habbo fansite.
I have unmetered hosting, thinkk shoutcast just ran out , and have 1.99 in ma paypal. I also have a few layouts.

Now i need help, staff and support.

Second Owner:
Needs to be
Skillful
Able to code
Make Content
Hire Staff
Put SOME money in (not all)

I also need some managers,
AND A SITE NAME!

Post job apps and site name ideas, and anyway you can help
