I think the only problem with this could be people taking advantages of it. The team leaders will probably get this and they will probably choose 2-3 more members from their team to answer CFH's in case something goes wrong. That's the only way I can see it work right now.

It looks legit, and I reckon it'll happen, but like Becs said, not so soon as everyone thinks. Also Becs is quite personal with you when she replies to things, so I can believe the "Luv Becs" reply. She's really ace and tries to help by letting Habbo's know as much as possible. EDIT: But on the other hand, the badge has been edited, and the Habbo X team is not called HabboX, never has, and Becs as far as I can remember, has never used that terminology. 50/50 chance it's an alt..
