Well i made a Basic News CMS. Its not the best but it works good.

All though it does have a licensing system just reply with a Domain where its uploaded so i can create a free license for it.

What knowledge do I need to install it?

All you need to beable to do is Use PHPMyAdmin and know what to insert into the config.php file and the license.php file =]

If you need a license just reply with your domain name
