Laffing is a stupid way to say laughing.
Laughing is pronounced = lar-thing
Laffing is pronounced = la-thing
Larghing = lar-thing so really laffing is the odd one out

It's both, because if the original word for the world is "Laughing" people say it in different ways because of their origins. Not judging by saying this guys but if you speak to someone from down South they will say "I carn't stop larffing", but if you speak to someone from up North it will be "I can't stop laffing". It's in the tone of the voice.
