i got this at one point. i un-installed shockwave, tried everything, nothing worked at all. my computer was screwing up about 3 days later so i just wiped it all and it worked after that, but there was no reason why it shouldn't.

anyway good luck fixing

I think it happens when there's lag and the furni doesn't load properly. Reloading the hotel should fix this problem I think.
