It's at port sarim, ask the void knight to take you to their outpost. And I recommend you have 60+ atk and 60+ str as I don't think you'll get very far.

Go to port sarim south of Falador

Walk along the pier south then east and there will be some squires with staffs. Talk and they will ship you to the Pest control Island.

Nope you just respawn inside the minigame

Just kill the monsters?
