Maybe you should have a pixelated Elmo popping out of it to make it look abit more interesting Alright though, I suppose... Judging by what you based it on anyway... 8/10

What I'd do to make it better is... The outline of the cloth that would touch the background needs a black outline; and it's your method of colouring the basket (I'm guessing to make it look wicker) that makes it seem very un-habboish.
