Hey I think this is sort of drifting off topic a bit! MODs have always been a bit unusual and it does suggest that they're not trained properly or they just don't do their job properly... But I guess we can't do much about it except complain as Sulake aren't ones to take advice about their staff. Furniture prices are decent compared to some games, so I'm not complaining about that even though they should do a few more offers... I can't complain about Player Support, they try their best and it's good enough for me plus they've got a sense of humour doing it. Talk to the likes of Acer & Microsoft Customer Support and then I'll consider dissing Player Support. It takes some audacity to say that they are 'crap' at their job... especially for how many there are of them.

One last note on Hobbas, it was a corrupt system, not on Sulakes behalf but on the users themselves. Users themselves torn that system apart, buying accounts and stuff. I guess it only takes a select few to wreck it for the rest eh?
