Well, just recently, my stomach has started churning alot and also been passing wind alot, [funny I know]. I suffer with IBS anyway, so Im unsure if its that just playing up. I've also been getting slight twinges in my side next to my stomach, but nothing bad. I've also not been going to the loo as often as I normally do, I use to go 3/4 times a day, which is normal for people with IBS, but its cut down to 1/2 times a day. I've recently had a bit of a diet change, and not been eating so much junk food. Might not be anything serious, but its just something that on my mind. Oh, and I have been a little nervous for my exam results, could that have anything to do with it??

It could be any number of those things you mentioned. I dunno if its a good idea to compleatly change your died, maybe gradully change, but not all at once.
