British Airways hasn't done any plans for the Boeing 787 or even the Airbus A350. I think they are waiting to see. Even a 737 can cross the big pond to USA but only BBJ's can

    * 737BBJ can in ways and can't in other ways although it has happened.

    787 Orders:

Picture of all the tails of the airlines who have ordered them. Flyglobespan the UK airline has also ordered some B787s.

I know Micheal O'Leary was on about getting some 787's for transatlantic flights.

As he said, the adv. off peak price would be about £49, per person, return fully inc. taxes to America return :|

If this does happen, everyone will have to drop their fares.. Ryanair first class anyone?

[B]oh, I never thought they could fly for so long, the phoenix - arizona flight is probably around 12 hours.[ (they told us 11, but both times it's been 12 )/B]

Wow. I'd probably fall asleep in seconds in a cabin like that.
