You can edit furni to do stuff. I made a butler so you could sit on it's head.

i thought maybe the next generation floors for casino's etc. ,but now i think not!
but i really don't like them.

The bamboo sticks come out too high etc.

I quite like them but the fact they hide stuff and cant put stuff on them puts me off buying any.
They're kind of one of the things to make something look good rather than do anything else with. Doubt many will buy them
