    As already said hiring more V.I.P staff is not an option as they will cause issues and things get sorted out every few days. As staff on Habbox don't get paid and they do it because they like the forum and want it to succeed you can't complain if they take a couple of day to do things. Lots of people want things done and these staff members have other duties too. Also lots of other forums charge for V.I.P and don't provide services near the standard that Habbox Forum does and many of these features can only be managed manually meaning that allot of work needs putting in all year round. At this time of year people are going on holidays that have been planned for a while and can't be avoided so the forum has to work its hardest to stay functioning when key staff members are away. I'd just be bit patient, I wouldn't say the service was bad at Habbox as I've seen other forums and I'm not just saying this as I'm a staff member, I'm a V.I.P too and I've requested changes to my user title etc and these did take a couple of days but you just have to realise, its only a few days and it will get done and that these people work VERY hard behind the scenes and you can't expect them to spend every minute of their lives on Habbox, that just isn't possible.

    First of all, lets remember that the VIP staff are volunteers before we start venting about how we haven't recieved features on an internet forum.

    Hiring VIP staff isn't quite so easy. They require admin access which isn't going to be given to just anyone.

    I don't quite understand what you mean by "if this was some other website this would get ripped apart" so maybe you can clarify. But last time I checked, you are correct, this is Habbox...:S

    I apologize that the features are delayed, but you don't need to throw a tantrum. Yes, I know you paid for it. But you need to take a breather.

    However I find your attitude entirely arrogant and unecessary. First of all, its out of order for you to criticize Yoshimitsui and tell him that he hasn't done his job when he isn't one of the VIP Editors here. Look before you leap. There's also no need to call him "young man" or to tell him he has no right to have a life. He works here as a volunteer. The next time you volunteer your time to a group for the sole purpose of doing something you enjoy, and put up with numerous ranting and raving users who can't appreciate one thing that's done right, they simply focus on everything that went wrong and throw a tantrum about it.

    Let me say one thing "young man". The attitude of "service staff" would indeed stink, if we had working staff. We have volunteers. And the respect you treat them with is abominable. If you are going to continue around abusing others then I worry about how life will be for you in the future.

    As I said, I agree, your features should have been done by now. The issue being that I was not told until a day or two ago. It appears that Wayne has dissapeared off the face of the earth. We could appoint someone to do them, the problem being that every one of the (few) admins is incredibly busy, as the three right now are myself, MAD, and J1MI. Although I have time to add VIPs, I don't have the extra time to do features and name changes every day, which is why someone else was hired to do that, because VIPs is a two person job. We will make an effort to get these done ASAP as soon as we find a solution. VIP Managers is a two-man job, just one of the two-man team is...well...missing. Hiring more people isn't that simple, for many reasons, one being that they need admin access, another being that three people makes it unwieldy, the list goes on.

    I would appreciate it if you would make future complaints (you have a right to make a complaint, but the way you did it was very blatant) in a more subdued fashion.

    And lets remember, VIP is a way to support Habbox as well as a service, I understand you are customers but we are also volunteers, so no this does not have to be our entire lives.

    Sorry for getting so *grr*, but I'm a bit tired of people PMing me saying "OMG ITS BEEN 24 HOURS AND I HAVENT GOTTEN MY VIP YOURE AN IDIOT IM GOING TO REPORT YOU GO DIE IM NEVER BUYING VIP AGAIN" (of course this case has more merit than those), but its really annoying that members can't seem to appreciate the work we do put in to make their experience the best possible. If you want to criticize me, go for it, but I ask that you don't denounce the staff members here, especially Yoshimitsui who really you have no beef with but attacked rather viciously.

    Very true Jay, but there is always 2 arguments to the story and always will be. Is there anywhere in TOS that the time it takes etc? If not.. maybe they should state?

    As nvrpsk4 said they cannot set exact time limits due to problems and if one member of the V.I.P team disappear or have personal issues that just pop up, which they could do for anything then they can't promise they can keep on schedule everyone does the best they can as Habbox Staff otherwise they would not be working for such a popular forum.

    Well they are very slow at doing things like name changes, VIP and rep removal (7 pages not sorted ) they do offer a good service (well they did until they removed sub-forums anyway)

    They most likely wont have the time, as they have a specific job all ready.

    And as i said, more VIPS editors get in the way of each other.

    couldnt they just hire more vip editors and set certain tasks for each vip editor so no one gets in the way of each other. like one does name change, other does rep, other does usernames and then if questions occur, that vip editor who has been told to do a task, only answers it. they could possibly rotate their jobs so its not so boring or w.e for them. or do that with the 2 current vip editors.

    dont slate me if they already do that lol, as i didnt know

    Well if you must know I am going through heart surgery on Monday morning. My life is still not clear as I have a chance of not making it. The respect I treat them with? What about the respect we get back huh? Wasn't for us your forum wont last. Treat us with respect too for coming to visit this forum. There's 100's of them, but instead we choose this one.
