Its so annoying. mine did it once now its doing the little countdown and it stops at 3 and goes back to 12

I didn't save the picture i did of my sister yesterday because i accidently clicked simpsonize new pic and now its not working with any of the pictures i try it says it can't find a face even if it could yesterday. :S
