Default Trapped nerve in my leg :l

Sometimes when i'm walking it suddely feels like somebody has dragged a pin down my leg and my leg loses control and i usually fall over

My dad (doctor) says it's a trapped nerve but does anyone else get this?

It starts at the top of my thigh on the outside..

I'd go see a specialist, is your dad a GP... Or if he's a specialist what is his specialty?

Do some like exercises in the morning and before you go to bed to work the leg that's painful - carry that out for around 2 weeks and you should find the pain disappear or decrease somewhat .

I get that when ive just come off the bog.
Normally I just jump up and down and make a complete fool of myself while everybody walking past my window sees me jumping around like a div.

I've had that for a year now, but the trapped nerves is in my back due to two slipped disc proved by a MRI scan.

But, i've been to the doctors loads, they'll give you some painkillers for it, and they do work as i've been taking them, they might also tell you to go to psyhio, which i don't know about as i only went to one of them.

But yeah, if you talk to your doctor and stuff about it, they'll hook you up with some painkillers and stuff.

Could just be cramp? One time I was sleeping my leg went really stiff and painful. I forced it up and it felt sucked in all day.
