    You have to basically redraw everything using that zoomed-in version as a guide. If I were to do it I'd use a bright colour like pink to redraw all the black outlines, then fill everything with white so I am left with just a pink outline, then work on colouring in and detailing the clothes and hair.

    no. you dont redraw anything.

    you zoom in x2 and print screen then you use this and you delete lines so theyre no longer 2pixels wide and just one i have a tutorial somewhere but icba to post the link
    you dont redraw anything you use the same thing just deleting parts.
