as long as you buy mens skinny jeans with crotch area they're perfectly fine for blokes, and normally look much better than a scruffy pair of baggy jeans.

When I see a boy in them the following sentence comes to mind:

"Someone put on their mother or sister's jeans today."

They look awful, and that's the opinion of many other people and most of them have a good eye for fashion.

When I see people wearing baggy jeans - "Oh wow, I hope they trip over them today, indeed their own fault if they do." Comes to mind, it's ridiculous. Why wear jeans that cuff over the front of your shoes, or occasionally heels of them? People are dumb enough to risk their safety? I see no problem with straight cut or skinny & the odd other couple of makes, but baggy ones aren't the brightest idea.

Dudes wearing skinny jeans is gay fashion. They're horrible - it just shows those wearing them that they need to eat more and work out, as they are always so thin.

Wow, where did you get that logic from? The I'mdumbandputrandomcraptogethertoformalogic Diary? It's not gay fashion at all, they've been around for years and numerous girls wear them also. That doesn't necessarily make them a member of the homosexual community, does it? Skinny jeans don't just fit skinny people? They're designed to hug the legs and to lengthen them, ala thinning the legs down in effect. Also, gay people aren't always thin - the majority of gay people have better bodies than straight people, fact.

The majority of people who wear them aren't emo's, close minded people just stereotype them as apart of the emo fashion, generally because they're a different sort of clothing you'd see in every day life. I'd rather variate my wardrobe than walk around in a pair of scatty jeans, and a baggy white t-shirt, finished with some tacky trainers. Thats what alot of people who disagree with skinny jeans wear, I'm not saying all of them do however. I guarantee that people whom decide to wear skinny jeans have trendy clothing, the style, have a good sense of colour-coordination - and are just all over fashionable.

ive tried some on, and they look alright i think, i just havent really got round to buying any
i prefer skinny, or tighter jeans than baggy ones. baggy ones look crap imo

not really when you're my height, theres no way i could look like a 'stumpy elf'.
it just makes me look out of proportion, but i find all jeans uncomfy anyway, so i tend not to wear them.
