I think there can be a database. For example, if there are like 1 or 2 accusations with "proof", it can be a fake. If the person has loads, and by many trusted forum members, we should know that he/she is a real Scammer.

WHat they could do is make a forum that only a certian usergroup can see the thread content. So users post who scammed them and there proof and if these people who can see the threads accept it they move it to a forum that everyone can see but not post in

    I Agree Also.

We Should Be Allowed To Say Who Scammed Us With Proof To Help Others On The Forum Know That This Member Is Unsafe

There is no need, it is completely the users fault for being scammed, no one else is at fault. If you are too stupid to go with someone who isn't trusted, then you probably shouldn't bother trading in the first place.

Making a scene is just publiciting your own stupidity.

That would be pointless, a huge amount of users would then demand to see it and it would be just like the Pixel Arist Group, that went down the pan because most of the users are not very good at Pixel Art as they first though.

Tbh, i think NO! becuase people can acuse anyone of scamming. BUT if you have sufficiant proof, then you should be allowed.
I think we should have runescape forum MODS (not offical mods off corce) where they watch the trade.

I don't really care if we could or if we couldn't, there must be good reasons why we can't, if you don't like it join a forum that lets you.
