Kara louise pigment?

Hey, is it just because of the blonde streak or is there some sort of pigment on one half of kara-lou's face?

and is that why thers that streak in her hair?

Me and my mates keep arguing about whever its a pigment or just looks like it cos she put a streak in. Meh...

Well itd be more a skin pigment then a birthmark. Birthmarks are usually darker then your skin. My mates got a pigment on her leg and it looks like that but hers is more obvious then kara lous

I thought I had a dodgey TV, but then a freind told me its a pigment/birth mark. Her Dad asked her before she went in if she was going to cover it up, but she said no.
