I would go. Don't take the fact that they didn't answer to heart - they just probably thought it wasn't worth it if you weren't likely to meet again. Now that you are though, i bet they'd like to see you.

Of course you should go. A party is a party and if you feel like you don't want to hang out with those people or they are still ignoring you, go meet some new people. Or you could invite someone of your own to come along with you. ORR if worst comes to worst and nobody is talking to you (which i doubt) get drunk baby

I suppose it depends if you are a 'forgive and forget' sort of person.
If it was me, I would probably go, maybe you could bring some of your new friends along aswell?
You never know, your old friends might have changed?
