By placing Hyperlinks on a page that site is transmitting data via telecommunication means and that is how habbo can get the domain. Sulake would win (if they proved) that they are violating copyright by mimicing their services) Sorry I felt like being nerdy :S

I think your getting confused with the cases about (domainhere)sucks.com, if a website has a domain that is identical or incredibly similar, so much so that an average person would consider it owned by the said company, then they have the right to sue the owner for either: intended defamation, copyright infringement. That is if the owner refuses to sell them the domain for the amount they paid. (domainhere)sucks.com has been put through the courts many times, most notoriously paypalsucks.com. The court ruled that is it clearly wouldnt be owned by paypal, as they wouldnt say they 'sucked', it was not subject to this INTERNATIONAL law.

Don't say this isn't true, because one of the biggest cases like this was the problem with Google's mail service. The term "GMail" was trademarked in the UK, so Google were forced to only offer "@googlemail.com" emails in the UK

Same kinda thing happened with Nissan Motors. They attempted to sue the owner of nissan.com, $10 Million in damages and cybersquatting.
