Yes I know XP comes with it but there is a simply step though your add and remove feature to get rid of Windows Messenger but meh fair enough.

Wrong.. Its F4 - Full power.. F3 - Gradual Power F1 - Idle power.

Up down left and right keys.. keep pressing them.
